Monarch Book Club Classes

Book clubs can play an important role in encouraging kids to read more. Not only can book clubs give kids access to a range of books that may not be available to them on their own, but they can also be an effective way to introduce them to books that are out of their comfort zone. In our book clubs, we believe in the power of communication and peer influence. By having conversations with other members of the group, kids will gain insights into books they wouldn’t have encountered on their own.

Monarch Literacy, book clubs will help foster the development of social skills, such as problem-solving and collaboration. Kids learn how to work together while exploring the themes and topics presented in the books they read and discuss. This helps create stronger connections between members of the group and gives them the tools they need to build relationships outside of the book club.

Finally, our book clubs provide an invaluable opportunity for children to make friends who share their interests. This is especially important for kids who find it hard to make friends or who are socially anxious. The club gives them a place to meet like-minded peers and share their thoughts without judgment or criticism.

We hope to see your child soon.
